Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Child Care Assistant to join our team! You will be working alongside a Teacher to encouraging children’s intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. The ideal candidate is nurturing, patient, and creative. If you have a passion for helping children learn and reach their potential, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities 

• Work as a team to provide quality care
• Create and conduct classroom enrichment activities 
• Provide meal time assistance
• Help with classroom house keeping to keep the classroom clean and organized
• Assist Teachers in observations to insure children are meeting developmental milestones
• Communicate with staff, students, and their families

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a childcare provider is beneficial but not required.  Training is provided.
• Strong understanding of child development and a desire to continue to learn
• Patient, kind, and nurturing in nature
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Willingness to take all required trainings
