Child Care Provider $14 To $15Hr (Part Time)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Childcare Assistant/Lead Teacher to join our team in providing exceptional care and early learning experiences for children. This role involves supervising up to 14 children while creating a safe, nurturing, and educational environment that supports their development and growth.

Key Responsibilities

* •* Supervise and provide attentive care for up to 14 children in a group setting

* •* Ensure all children receive proper care, attention, and supervision throughout the day

* •* Lead and assist with educational activities and learning experiences appropriate for various age groups

* •* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment

* •* Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development

* •* Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child’s progress and daily activities

* •* Follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures

Schedule & Compensation

* •* Hours: Approximately 30 hours per week

* •* Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

* •* Flexibility: Ability to adapt to varying schedules is a plus

Required Qualifications

* •* Background Check: Must successfully pass comprehensive background screening

* •* CPR & First Aid Certification: Current Infant/Child CPR and First Aid certification required

* •* Energy & Motivation: Self-motivated with high energy levels and enthusiasm for working with children

* •* Reliability: Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality

* •* Transportation: Reliable transportation to ensure consistent attendance

Preferred Qualifications

* •* Previous childcare or daycare experience

* •* Early Childhood Education degree, certificate, or coursework

* •* Preschool teaching experience

* •* Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and needs

* •* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
