Starting Pay: $14.00 per hour, with potential wage increases as required certifications are completed

Position Overview

We are seeking a caring, dependable, and enthusiasticAssistant Teacher to join our Little Eagles team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with young children and is committed to creating a positive, safe, and engaging child care environment.

Responsibilities

The Assistant Teacher will work collaboratively with other child care staff to:

• Assist with age-appropriate activities that support children''s intellectual, emotional, physical, and social development.
• Provide a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment for children.
• Support daily classroom routines, activities, meals, and transitions.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with parents and team members.
• Follow all applicable child care licensing requirements and School District of Mauston policies.
