    As an Assistant Center Director, you are passionate for creating a happy and safe space that ensures our little learners have the best environment to Learn, Play, Grow. As a TLE Happiness Ambassador, you will be fully equipped to share TLE's world class curriculum, state of the art technology, characters, and programs. You will be responsible for building lasting relationships with prospective and current families and ensuring they experience why Happy Happens Here.

    *Must have reliable transportation + willingness and ability to support multiple locations in the DFW area. Mileage reimbursement provided!*

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist the Center leadership team in managing the day-to-day operations of the center.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to the teaching team and ensure that they are delivering high-
    • quality programs and services.
    • Work in the classroom as needed, ensuring that children are receiving a safe and nurturing learning experience.
    • Support the Center leadership team in managing the center's budget and financial planning.
    • Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines and ensure that the center is in full compliance with all licensing requirements.engaged in their child's learning and development.for growth and expansion.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with families and ensure that they are informed and
    • Continuously evaluate and improve the center's programs and services and seek out opportunities
    Qualifications:
    • Two or more years of center leadership/management experience highly preferred. At least one year of center leadership/management experience required.
    • Must have professional teaching experience with infants to preschool children.
    • Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field highly preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
    • CPR and First Aide Certification highly preferred.
    • Must meet state specific guidelines
