Child and Adolescent Outpatient Therapist - LPC or LMSW

What You Will Be Doing (all the typical therapist things): Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy in an outpatient setting. • Clinicians with prior private practice experience (clinicians bringing a partial caseload will be given priority)
• Therapist that possesses a terminal licensure (LMSW, LPC, or LP)

What You Will Be Doing (all the typical therapist things):  
  

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy in an outpatient setting  
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community  
• Participate in marketing and outreach activities meant to serve the community and grow your referral base 
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals 
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol  
• Achieve and maintain a caseload of 25 client visits per week 
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed 
• Opportunity for mentoring and supervisory positions as they arise

What We Require:  
  

• Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.  
• Candidates must have be a LMSW, LPC, or LP at the time of hire (transitional licenses are not being considered for this position). 
• Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes  
• Effective written and verbal communication skills  
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients 
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other paperwork in a timely manner 
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base 
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
