    Job Summary

    The Child & Family Connection is seeking an exceptional licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with specialized training in child & adolescent therapy to join our team! Our growing private practice is committed to providing high quality, evidence-based mental health treatment through a multi-sensory approach that supports children, adolescents, and their families throughout the Orange County area. We are well established and integrated within pediatric primary care offices, creating opportunities for high-volume referrals and immediate career growth. A sign-on bonus is available based on experience.

    Responsibilities 
    • Use evidence-based methods to assess and treat children and adolescents
    • Create individualized treatment plans for each client
    • Actively seek parent and/or client feedback regarding programming, testing, and therapy goals
    • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
    • Collaborate with supervisors, colleagues and interdisciplinary providers

    Qualifications
    • Current licensure in the state of California as PsyD or LMFT
    • Specialized training or experience in child and adolescent psychology/therapy
    • Minimum of two years experience using evidence-based interventions to treat children and adolescents with anxiety, mood disorders, ODD and ADHD
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Preferred
    • PCIT certification and/or experience
