Summary
Provide high-acuity inpatient psychiatric care for children and adolescents within CentraCares integrated behavioral health system. This role focuses on evaluation, stabilization, and treatment of youth with complex psychiatric needs while working closely with multidisciplinary teams in a structured hospital setting to support safe transitions and improved outcomes.
Schedule
- Full-time | 1.0 FTE | Onsite - CentraCare St. Cloud Hospital, St. Cloud, MN
- Day shifts | 8am-5pm
- Minimal call by phone rotation, support from telepsychiatry and moonlighters
Pay and Benefits
- Salary range: $300,000 - $345,000 per year
- Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
- Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
- May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

Qualifications
Required:
- BE/BC in Psychiatry
- Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
