This is a full-time, flexible opportunity offering a hybrid model of in-person and telehealth care.     Position Overview

    • Title: Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist (General Psychiatrists with youth experience also considered)

    • Location: Danbury, CT

    • Schedule: 40 hours/week with flexible options (4x10s or 5x8s); hybrid model with telehealth and onsite care

    • Call: Phone-only, weekday coverage for own patients + 1 weekend every 4 weeks

    • Start Date: Immediate (1 provider leaving now, 1 by year-end)

    Practice Details

    • Practice Type: Outpatient Mental Health

    • Team Composition: 3 Physicians, 1 Mid-Level

    • Patient Volume: 150–200 patients/week across the group

    • Population: ADHD, anxiety, depression, mild bipolar (no addiction treatment)

    • Credentialing Timeline: 6–8 weeks

    Candidate Requirements

    • Board Certified in Psychiatry (Child & Adolescent BC preferred)

    • Open to new graduates

    • No visa sponsorship at this time

    • No foreign language requirement



    Benefits

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Base Salary: $300,000 or 60% of collections (whichever is greater)

    • Bonus: Productivity-based
