Position Overview:
Praescient Analytics is seeking a Chief System Engineer, SME to provide high-level technical and engineering support to the Office of the Undersecretary of War for Research and Engineering (OUSW(R&E)). This role is vital to the Prototyping and Experiments (P&E) mission, which identifies and develops forward-looking concepts to maintain U.S. technological superiority. You will lead the engineering efforts for major technology programs valued over $100M, ensuring that advanced warfighting capabilities are rapidly developed and fielded to meet Joint Warfighting Concepts (JWC).

Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Chief System Engineer (or Deputy) for major technology programs/portfolios valued at over $100M.
Minimum 8 years of leadership experience on classified programs at the SCI level or higher.
Minimum 8 years of operational and technical experience in military tactics focused on PNT data and C5ISRT.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the DoD 5000 series acquisition lifecycle and Agile Development processes.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing formal risk management processes for technology programs.
Education: Master's degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline related to PNT and/or C5ISRT.
Clearance: Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance and be Special Access Program (SAP) eligible.
