Our Snoozers bring their authentic selves to work every day. This allows us to serve our Guests through genuine care and radical hospitality.
Joining Snooze means joining a team that disrupts the ordinary. Our menu is built on responsibly sourced ingredients-cage-free eggs, respect for animal welfare, and no added hormones or antibiotics-and bold ideas that energize Snoozers and Guests alike. Our impact goes beyond the plate, we've invested over $1M into local communities and created inclusive, vibrant spaces for the neighborhoods we serve.
We know that, just like pancakes, our people are better with passion, purpose, and pride. Here, you'll find more than a job. You'll find a place to fuel your future, be celebrated for who you are, and help us make mornings brighter, bolder, and better for everyone. Will you join us?
What does your role bring to the table?
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is the most senior leader accountable for what happens inside the four walls of every Snooze location. This is not a coordination role or a systems oversight position. The COO is the champion of the restaurant experience, the architect of the GM pipeline, and the driving force behind operational excellence across every market.
This role sits on the senior leadership team and reports directly to the CEO. It exists because Snooze believes that the restaurant, not the back office, is where brand value is created, sustained, and grown.
Snooze has spent 20 years building something rare: a brand with genuine energy, a culture people are proud to be part of, and a guest experience that stands apart. The Chief Operating Officer is the executive who owns that experience from the inside out - the field, the operators, the people, and the standards that make every shift matter.
The Position Specifics
Taking on the role of COO isn't just about bacon and pancakes. The responsibilities of this position include:
Restaurant Operations and Field Performance
Guest Experience and Brand Standards
GM and Field Leadership Development
New Restaurant Openings and Market Growth
Is this role the right fit for you?
Leadership at Snooze is visible, specific, and personal. The COO is not a leader who manages from a distance or communicates through systems. This person is in the field, with the team, setting the tone.

Let's Talk Prerequisits! (Education, Credentials, and Experience)
The right candidate has spent their career in the restaurant, not adjacent to it. They have led multi-unit operations at scale, developed operators who went on to lead above-restaurant, and built cultures that people stay in. They bring the credibility that comes from having done the work, and the leadership maturity to know when to push and when to support.
