Our client, a respected not-for-profit Life Plan Community in the Mid-Atlantic, is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to join its executive leadership team. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the COO will oversee daily operations across the continuum of care while driving operational excellence, financial performance, and an exceptional resident experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for community operations across independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, dining, facilities, and resident services.

• Partner with senior leaders to achieve strategic, financial, and operational goals.

• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence.

• Ensure regulatory compliance while supporting continuous quality improvement.
