    • Establish strong accountability across leadership teams while maintaining a collaborative, high-performance culture.

    • Support strategic partnerships, enterprise customers, investors, and board-level communications as required.

    • Lead organizational scaling initiatives while maintaining quality, customer satisfaction, and operational discipline.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in a COO, President, General Manager, VP Operations, or equivalent executive leadership role.

    • Demonstrated success translating corporate strategy into measurable operational results.

    • Experience managing complex, cross-functional organizations and distributed teams.

    • Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, KPIs, and P&L performance.

    • Proven ability to build scalable processes and operating models during periods of significant growth.

    • Strong executive communication, negotiation, decision-making, and organizational leadership skills.

    • Experience working directly with CEOs, executive teams, boards, investors, customers, and strategic partners.

    • Strong analytical and data-driven approach to operational decision-making.

    • Experience with technology-enabled businesses, SaaS, enterprise software, digital platforms, or rapidly scaling organizations is strongly preferred.

    • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced business/technical degree preferred.
