Our USA-based start up company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) / U.S. General Manager to lead and establish our U.S. operations, based in Miami, Florida.
This is a key executive leadership position for a hands-on professional with strong operational, strategic, and business management experience who can build, manage, and scale the company's U.S. presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and lead the company's U.S. operations and business infrastructure.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure effective execution of business objectives.
- Lead recruitment, hiring, team development, and organizational structure.
- Manage vendors, suppliers, contractors, and key business relationships.
- Develop and oversee operational budgets, cost controls, and resource allocation.
- Drive operational efficiency, performance, and business growth.
- Implement policies, procedures, and management systems.
- Coordinate with company leadership and ensure alignment with overall corporate strategy.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in a COO, General Manager, or senior executive leadership role.
- Strong background in business operations, company establishment, and organizational management.
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, budgeting, vendor management, and operational execution.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to operate independently and take full ownership of U.S. business operations.
- Based in Miami or willing to relocate.
