    Description

    Our client is a fast-growing security integration firm based in Belton, TX. They’re not just expanding — they’re on a trajectory to acquire and integrate multiple companies over the next several years, solidifying their leadership in access control, video surveillance, and structured cabling.


    This is a opportunity for an experienced operator to step in as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and play a critical role in shaping the company’s next chapter. The position is highly visible, hands-on, and built for someone who thrives in scaling environments and enjoys blending strategic oversight with day-to-day execution.


    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Driving Operations: Oversee scheduling, backlog, resourcing, and KPIs — ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.
    • Building Teams: Lead, mentor, and scale cross-functional teams across project management, installation, and service.
    • Leading Growth: Provide operational leadership during mergers and acquisitions, from due diligence to integration.
    • Scaling Smart: Implement systems, SOPs, and processes that support rapid growth without compromising quality.
    • Partnering with Leadership: Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team to align operations with long-term strategy.


    What They’re Looking For

    • 7–10+ years in operational leadership, including 3+ years in the security integration industry.
    • Experience with mergers or acquisitions (pre- or post-integration).
    • Proven record of scaling operations in a fast-paced, field-service or construction-related environment.
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to instill accountability and performance.
    • Must be able to work full-time onsite in Belton, TX.


    Preferred Experience:

    • Managing teams of 30+ in technical field service or construction.
    • Familiarity with ERP/project management software and SOP implementation.
