    Complete Play Discovery (Nonprofit)
    Complete Play Discovery is creating one of New York City’s most exciting nonprofit projects—an inclusive children’s science museum and family discovery center designed for children of all abilities.

    We are looking for a highly organized, proactive professional to help build this project from the ground up.

    Responsibilities
    •⁠  ⁠Coordinate fundraising initiatives and donor relations.
    •⁠  ⁠Develop partnerships with corporations, foundations, schools, and community organizations.
    •⁠  ⁠Coordinate architects, designers, engineers, contractors, and consultants during the development of our new flagship location.
    •⁠  ⁠Manage projects, timelines, meetings, and follow-up to ensure initiatives move forward.
    •⁠  ⁠Assist with grant applications, presentations, research, and strategic planning.
    •⁠  ⁠Work directly with the Founder/CEO on the organization’s growth and expansion.

    This is NOT a traditional Executive Assistant position.

    This role is focused on project management, partnerships, fundraising, and helping build a landmark nonprofit—not managing calendars, travel arrangements, or personal administrative tasks.

    Qualifications

    •⁠  ⁠Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
    •⁠  ⁠Strong project management and follow-up abilities.
    •⁠  ⁠Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    •⁠  ⁠Experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, project management, construction, architecture, design, real estate development, or business operations is a plus.
    •⁠  ⁠Passion for making a meaningful impact on children and families.

    Compensation: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
