Our CEO sets the strategic agenda. This role makes sure it lands.
As Chief of Staff and Strategic Program Management, you will be the execution counterpart to the CEO - the person who takes our most important initiatives from intent to completion. Some are led by the CEO directly. Others are led by members of our Leadership Team. In both cases, you are the connective tissue: the one person with a complete, current view of what is moving, what is stuck, and what needs a decision.
This is a high-visibility, high-trust seat with unusual breadth. You will sit close to strategy, Board, and investor work, and you will touch every function in the company. It is also a hands-on role without a team behind it. You will build the trackers, write the briefs, run the meetings, and chase the commitments yourself. If that combination is energizing rather than daunting, read on.
What you will do
This role is based at our Florham Park, New Jersey headquarters on a hybrid schedule, with three days per week onsite. The job runs on presence and relationships, so candidates should be located within a reasonable commute of Florham Park.
