Position Summary

Essential Functions
Serves as Chief of Product Management for the Department of Children and Family Services
Partners with the Chief Operating Officer and assigned DoIT Chief Information Officer to shape and execute the product vision and strategy
Serves as full line supervisor
Develops performance metrics and process improvement
Reviews and tracks industry insights and representation
Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above

Job Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications
Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of four years of college, preferably with courses in business, public administration, or directly related fields
Requires four years of progressively responsible administrative experience in a public or business organization

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
3 years of professional experience coordinating with Application Systems and information management
3 years of professional experience with agile frameworks like Scaled Agile, Scrum or Kanban
3 years of professional experience contributing to and participating in the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and iteration
3 years of experience aligning product initiatives with company strategy and delivering measurable business outcomes
3 years of experience managing or working with social services and constituent needs
3 years of professional experience managing and performing data analytics, demonstrating the ability to interpret complex datasets, extract actionable insights, and inform strategic decisions
3 years of professional experience managing or conducting quality enhancement efforts utilizing user-centered design principles to improve product usability and customer satisfaction

All employees required to file a Statement of Economic Interest are also required to file the Supplemental Statement of Economic Interest with the Executive Ethics Commission.
