    As Chief Nursing Officer, you'll oversee the strategic direction and operational performance of nursing services throughout the hospital. You'll serve as a trusted executive leader responsible for:

    Qualifications:

     

    What We're Looking For

     

    • Active RN License (TN or eligible for reciprocity)
    • BSN required; MSN preferred
    • 6+ years of nursing experience (10+ years preferred)
    • 3+ years of progressive nursing leadership experience
    • Current or prior experience as a CNO, Associate CNO, Director of Nursing, or equivalent nursing leader
    • Experience leading nursing operations within an inpatient behavioral health or psychiatric facility
    • Proven ability to develop teams, improve quality outcomes, and drive employee engagement
    • Strong executive presence with the ability to partner effectively across all levels of the organization
