    Description

    The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a reputed healthcare organization in Manchester, TN and we are looking to hire a dynamic and visionary Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to shape the future of nursing and elevate the quality of care across the organization.

    As a key member of the leadership team, the CNO will oversee all aspects of nursing operations, ensure the highest standards of clinical quality and regulatory compliance, empower nursing teams to deliver safe, compassionate, resident-centered care, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

    Schedule: Full-Time | Days

    What You’ll Do

    • Lead and oversee all Nursing Service employees
    • Partner with the Chief Executive Officer, management, and medical staff to advance the hospital’s mission, strategic plans, operational plans, and policies
    • Oversee the clinical and administrative operations of Nursing Services
    • Direct nursing service planning, staffing, budgeting, operations, and performance
    • Coordinate ancillary services and departments to support facility goals
    • Collaborate with Finance and other departments to achieve organizational objectives
    • Provide leadership oversight for other departments as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer

    What We Are Looking For

    Education, Experience and Licenses

    • Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment
    • BSN, MSN, Master of Healthcare Administration, or MBA
    • 5+ years of nursing management experience at the director level
    • Experience in assisted living, skilled nursing, hospice, home health, or hospital settings highly valued
    • Demonstrated leadership and management experience in a rural or small hospital setting
    • Strong clinical expertise combined with strategic leadership vision
    • Proven ability to drive meaningful improvements in healthcare delivery
