Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) – Behavioral Health - Near Knoxville, Tennessee

Opportunity Highlights:

• Leadership role at a respected inpatient/outpatient behavioral health facility
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Oversee nursing operations, patient care, staffing, and quality initiatives
• Work with experienced, tenured clinical and administrative team
• Reports directly to CEO/Administrator

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $135,000–$150,000+ with performance incentives

Responsibilities:

• Lead nursing operations and ensure safe, high-quality patient care
• Manage budgeting, staffing, and departmental performance
• Drive quality assurance and regulatory compliance (DNV/Joint Commission)
• Support strategic planning and program development

Qualifications:

• RN, BSN required; MSN preferred
• 3–5+ years of leadership experience
• Behavioral health/psychiatric experience required
• Experience with QA and accreditation standards preferred
