    Chief Medical Officer Opportunity in Springfield, VT

    • Full-time executive leadership role in a mission-driven outpatient care setting
    • Lead clinical strategy, quality initiatives, and provider engagement across multiple care disciplines
    • Includes protected administrative time with approximately 16 hours per week of patient-facing care

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Provide leadership and oversight for all clinical services, including medical, behavioral health, dental, and vision care
    - Ensure high-quality, patient-centered services and compliance with regulatory requirements
    - Serve as part of the executive leadership team to develop and execute strategic initiatives
    - Drive quality improvement and patient safety through audits, provider training, and performance monitoring
    - Recruit, mentor, and evaluate clinical staff while fostering a collaborative, learning-focused culture
    - Represent the organization in professional and community settings and advocate for public health priorities
    - Maintain open communication channels and support integrated care delivery across disciplines

    Requirements:
    - MD or DO with board certification (preferably in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine & Pediatrics)
    - Active or eligible for licensure in both Vermont and New Hampshire
    - Minimum 5 years of clinical experience with at least 1 year in a leadership capacity
    - Experience working in FQHC or community health setting preferred
    - Strong skills in leadership, communication, change management, and regulatory compliance
