 The Staff Pad has partnered with a growing, community -focused healthcare organization seeking a collaborative and forward -thinking Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to lead clinical operations, provider engagement, and quality initiatives across an integrated care network.<\/span><\/span>

This organization serves approximately 13,000 patients annually, with a strong focus on improving healthcare access and outcomes within underserved communities. Many patients identify as Hispanic, and many prefer services in a language other than English.<\/span><\/span>

   What You'll Do<\/span><\/span>

  This is a highly visible executive leadership role combining both clinical leadership and patient care.<\/span><\/span>

    The CMO will provide clinical care approximately 2 days per week while leading organizational clinical strategy, provider support, quality initiatives, and operational collaboration. <\/span><\/span>

    • Provider mentorship, onboarding, engagement, and retention<\/span><\/span>

      • HEDIS<\/span><\/span>

      • UDS<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • HRSA<\/span><\/span>

      • Patient satisfaction<\/span><\/span>

      • Clinical workflows and operational optimization<\/span><\/span>

      • Recruitment strategy for physicians and APPs<\/span><\/span>

      • Strategic planning and service line growth<\/span><\/span>

      • Board and executive leadership presentations related to quality and performance<\/span><\/span>

               What We Are Looking For<\/span><\/span>

              Education, Experience and Certifications :<\/span><\/span>
              <\/div>

              • Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med -Peds (Pediatrics -only board certification not accepted)<\/span><\/span>
                <\/li>
              • Progressive physician leadership experience required<\/span><\/span>
                <\/li>
              • FQHC clinical experience required<\/span><\/span>
                <\/li>
              • Experience serving as an Associate Medical Director, Medical Director, Chief Medical Officer, or in a comparable physician leadership role <\/span><\/span>
