Job Summary
North Central Baptist Hospital is part of Baptist Health System, a trusted provider of hospital, health and wellness services in San Antonio and South/Central Texas. The system includes seven acute-care hospitals (Baptist Medical Center, Mission Trail Baptist Hospital, North Central Baptist Hospital, Northeast Baptist Hospital, St. Luke's Baptist Hospital and Westover Hills Baptist Hospital in San Antonio, and Resolute Health Hospital in New Braunfels), which offer more than 2008 licensed beds. The system also includes rehabilitation, ambulatory, urgent care and imaging centers, 10 freestanding emergency hospitals, the Baptist Physician Network and Baptist School of Health Professions.
North Central Baptist Hospital has been serving the San Antonio community since 1991. Baptist Children's Hospital and the Baptist Orthopedic Hospital are located on the North Central Baptist Hospital campus. Three adjacent attached medical office buildings provide physician office space and outpatient services.

The Hospital Chief Human Resources Officer serves the hospital and group leadership team as strategic advisor providing high-quality consultancy on a diverse set of strategic and operational HR issues; representing specific hospital or market needs; ensuring implementation and application of agreed upon HR processes, systems, policies and programs; leads escalation and resolution of employee relation matters; lead HR functional liaison to a specific hospital or market accountable to attract, develop and retain key talent. The Hospital CHRO serves as the key liaison to "broker" the HR service delivery model ensuring appropriate support of human resource services and solutions are provided in areas such as talent management, total rewards, talent acquisition and deployment, learning, employee relations, organization design and restructuring. He/she is accountable to ensure oversight and governance of group and hospitals HR processes, systems and policies.
