The Role: As CFO, you'll lead financial strategy during our critical growth phase. You'll balance traditional paper business unit economics with digital transformation investments, while convincing investors that paper still has margins (it does).

Drive $100M P&L with multi-unit complexity
Lead fundraising and investor relations
Oversee digital transformation budget
Manage 20-person finance organization
Partner with board on growth strategy
Optimize legacy business while scaling new ventures
Required Qualifications
15+ years financial leadership experience
Public company CFO/senior finance experience
M&A and fundraising track record
Experience modernizing legacy businesses
Strong board/investor relations background
Tech transformation experience
