    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
    • Must have progressive financial leadership experience in healthcare within a multi-specialty medical group, physician enterprise, or healthcare system.
    • Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue cycle management.
    • Demonstrated experience partnering with executive leadership and physicians to support strategic initiatives and operational performance.
    • Ability to lead and develop finance teams while supporting organizational growth and financial sustainability.
