Key Responsibilities for the Chief Financial Officer (CFO):



  • The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and month-end close activities. Will manage a team of 4 in accounting as well as IT and HR Manager.

  • Oversee, provide guidance to accounting manager and be involved with the preparation of financials for the 3 separate entities

  • Oversee HR, benefits administration, outsourced IT functions, insurance programs, and key legal relationships

  • Drive process improvement initiatives and restore financial discipline across the organization

  • Manage contract negotiations, banking relationships, vendor partnerships, and strategic business agreements

  • The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a key advisor to ownership on growth initiatives, acquisitions, and overall business strategy


Qualifications for the Chief Financial Officer (CFO):



  • 15+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience within manufacturing, industrial related environments

  • Prior CFO, Controller, or senior finance leadership experience with hands-on operational responsibility

  • Proven background overseeing finance, HR, IT departments is a must have

  • The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) must have experience negotiating contracts/banking relationships, and cross-functional business operations

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA and/or MBA preferred
