Position Summary
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for all aspects of financial accounting and reporting as a member of the senior executive team responsible for driving business strategy and profit growth. The CFO will bring insightful analysis, process, reporting, metrics, and discipline control to drive continuous margin improvement. This role leads all aspects of finance, including accounting, reporting, forecasting, and financial operations, while also owning client economics, margin optimization, and the financial infrastructure required to scale the firm.
This position requires a highly motivated self-starter who possesses strong initiative and the ability to complete multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate is an experienced finance leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment and can build scalable processes, strengthen financial discipline, and serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership. Critical outcomes include supporting the executive team with key financial information and operational analytics, driving a culture of accountability in managing the business, adding value to operating businesses, and voicing well-substantiated dissenting opinions.
Job Essentials, Responsibilities, Duties
STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP AND PLANNING
Integrate tax, accounting, and financial advisory insights into firm-wide and client-level decision-making.
Partner with Business Management teams to align billing with services, ensure profitability, and support complex client situations.
Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans and develop financial and tax strategies.
Manage capital requests and budgeting processes.
Develop performance measures that support the firm's strategic direction.
Implement operational best business practices.
Oversee financial performance and structural integrity across client entities.
