POSITION SUMMARY:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for overseeing all financial functions of the organization, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, risk management, and compliance. This role ensures the company's financial health and long-term sustainability by providing strategic financial leadership, accurate reporting, and sound financial governance.
The CFO serves as a key member of the executive leadership team, partnering closely with the C-Suite executives, Founder, board members, and senior leaders to support business strategy, operational decision-making, and growth initiatives. This position requires strong financial acumen, strategic vision, and the ability to lead and influence across the organization.
