Salary Range: $220,000 - $260,000
Position Purpose
Responsible for the oversight and management of all phases of the business and finance operations including business controls, accounting, payroll, benefits, budget, purchasing, grants & development, risk management, and business intelligence. Serves as District Financial Advisor to the Superintendent and Board of Education in the development and maintenance of annual budgets and long-range financial projections, planning and analyses of programs, support systems, revenues, and expenditures.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university in a business-related field required;
Master's degree from accredited college or university in a business-related field preferred.
Certification/License:
CPA preferred;
Texas Association of School Business Officials (TASBO) Certification preferred such as Certified Texas School Business Official (CTSBO), or Registered Texas School Business Administrator (RTSBA).
Experience:
10 years' progressively responsible experience in business administration with at least 500+ employees including (public sector, or private sector) including:
5 years' experience in Texas public school business management at the Director-level or above;
Experience managing departmental teams;
Experience presenting complex data to leadership and/or Board of Education
