Title: Chief Financial Officer
Location: Tallahassee, FL

The Chief Financial Officer will report to the CEO and serve as a strategic member of the Executive Management team, overseeing the company's financial operations and providing leadership on financial strategy, planning, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Finance and Accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial planning.
- Develop and manage job costing, financial controls, and reporting processes.
- Advise executive leadership on financial performance, investments, and business decisions.
- Oversee strategic planning, deal analysis, negotiations, financing, and compliance.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability and overall financial performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
- Experience as a CFO, VP Finance or other financial leadership role for a small to mid size company.
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- High integrity, sound judgment, and results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, Salesforce, and Microsoft Windows.
Salary Expectation: 165K-175K + 20% bonus
