    Description

    The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as a strategic business partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, providing financial leadership to support the Company's continued growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation. The CFO will oversee all finance, accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), tax, risk management, and information systems functions while helping drive strategic initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, and commercial operations.

    Key Responsibilities • Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to develop and execute long-term strategic growth plans. • Serve as a key advisor to the Board of Directors and ownership on financial strategy, business performance, and capital allocation. • Evaluate organic growth opportunities, acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and new business ventures. • Direct annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. • Provide profitability analysis by customer, channel, product category, and manufacturing facility. • Identify opportunities to improve margins, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency. • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP. • Oversee tax planning, audits, banking relationships, insurance programs, and regulatory compliance. • Manage relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, and professional advisors. • Lead cash flow forecasting and liquidity management. • Support debt management, banking negotiations, and capital investment planning. • Evaluate opportunities for strategic financing and growth capital.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline. • CPA, CMA, and/or MBA strongly preferred. • 5+ years in a senior executive finance role (CFO, VP Finance, or equivalent). • Significant experience within food manufacturing, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or related industries. • Deep knowledge of manufacturing finance, cost accounting, inventory management, and supply chain operations. • Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and strategic planning functions. • Demonstrated success supporting high-growth organizations.
