Job Overview:
FOCUSPOINT is seeking an experienced CFO for one of our clients. This role is ideal for a strategic financial leader with extensive experience in financial planning, risk management, and corporate growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute financial strategies to support company growth
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and risk management best practices
- Provide strategic recommendations to the executive team
- Manage investor relations and capital allocation
- Lead financial planning initiatives and M&A activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
- CPA, CFA, or similar certification preferred
- 10+ years of experience in senior financial leadership roles
- Strong financial modeling and strategic planning skills
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
