  • Lead and develop a strong accounting and finance team while encouraging accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience, including leadership or management oversight across Finance/Accounting, HR, and IT.

  • Experience supporting a multi-site business and a subsidiary of a foreign corporation.

  • Strong financial analysis, strategic planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments and international teams.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Familiarity with ERP platforms; SAP experience is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Embraces change and can navigate evolving priorities in a global business environment.

  • Develops teams, encourages professional growth, and values shared accountability.

  • Communicates confidently with executive leadership, international stakeholders, and operational teams.
