Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Set the overall vision, direction, and long-term strategy for the organization
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities to drive growth and expand market presence
- Build and maintain key relationships with board members, investors, partners, and stakeholders
Operations & Execution
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments, ensuring efficiency and accountability
- Lead, mentor, and develop the senior leadership team to consistently deliver results
- Monitor organizational performance against goals and implement corrective action where needed
Financial Oversight
- Partner with the CFO to manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation
- Drive profitability while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance
- Report financial performance and strategic progress to the board of directors
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CEO, President, or senior executive in a healthcare or related environment
- Strong track record in business development, strategic planning, and organizational leadership
