WE ARE HIRING: CHIEF ESTIMATOR | MAUI, HAWAII

$145K-$185K + bonus opportunity + relocation support.

This is not a volume-bid estimating seat.

You will lead the front end of Maui’s market-leading commercial and industrial electrical contractor, helping decide which projects to pursue, how risk should be priced, and how preconstruction can protect margin before work reaches the field.

 

 

Job Responsibilities

You will own and influence:

  • Electrical estimating and preconstruction strategy
  • Design-build, design-assist, value engineering, and conceptual estimating
  • AccuBid history, cost databases, estimating standards, templates, reporting, and written processes
  • Preconstruction-to-operations handoff
  • Development of people, professional staff, and future leaders

Qualifications

We are looking for an electrical estimating leader with:
• Commercial or industrial electrical experience
• Design-build, design-assist, and conceptual estimating expertise
• Credibility with GCs, clients, design teams, PMs, and field leaders

This is a real seat at the table with founder access and the opportunity to shape estimating strategy, systems, people, and future growth
