Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop the estimating team Standardize estimating processes and implement best practices Review and approve high-value and complex estimates Drive bid/no-bid decisions and pricing strategies Build relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Monitor market costs and adjust estimating assumptions accordingly
Requirements10+ years of estimating experience within civil or site constructionProven leadership experience managing estimating teamsExceptional analytical, communication, and decision-making skillsTrack record of winning profitable work
Preferred BackgroundExperience leading estimating efforts for heavy infrastructure projects.
