Chief Estimator - Dry/Underground Utilities - Warrenton VA

My client specializes in underground dry utility installation, specifically in the mission critical sector. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project scope and budget.

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
• Lead and mentor the estimating team to achieve project goals.
• Review project plans and specifications to identify potential challenges and opportunities.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project scope and budget.
• Analyze subcontractor and supplier proposals to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance.
• Maintain and update historical cost data and industry pricing trends.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits to gather necessary project information.
• Ensure all estimates are completed within deadlines and meet company standards.
