Job Title: Chief Engineer

SUMMARY:
The Chief Engineer is responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and upkeep of all physical aspects of the hotel, condo building, and grounds. The Chief Engineer will develop and implement a maintenance program that is cost-effective, efficient and meets the needs of the building’s guests and staff. Develops and monitors the budget, forecasts, payroll, and legal aspects of the building concerning the engineering & facilities.
