We are seeking a talented and experienced chief CRNA to lead a highly skilled, all-CRNA anesthesiology team at the premier medical facility in northeastern Nevada. In this role, you will practice at the top of your license, with expertise in peripheral nerve blocks, spinal anesthesia, and epidurals, while providing oversight for both OB and pediatric services.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will collaborate closely with hospital administration to ensure the seamless operation of the OR and OB departments. You will participate in quarterly executive leadership meetings, present quality and performance metrics, and help drive clinical excellence across the program.
Beyond your day-to-day leadership responsibilities, TeamHealth is committed to your professional growth. The chief CRNA will participate in advanced leadership development programs, including LEAD and NMLC, along with additional leadership training opportunities designed to support long-term career success.
