LEAD AN ESTABLISHED CRNA TEAM ON FLORIDAS ATLANTIC COAST
AdventHealth Daytona Beach is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to serve as Chief CRNA for a large, established anesthesia practice supporting 30 sites of service.
This role provides leadership oversight for 56 CRNAs working alongside 16 anesthesiologists and a collaborative physician and administrative leadership team. The Chief CRNA plays an active role in clinical operations, staffing, quality, recruitment, retention, professional development, and team engagement across a complex multi-site practice.

PRACTICE HIGHLIGHTS

LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITY
- Lead and support a large, established CRNA team
- Work closely with a Vice Chief CRNA and physician leadership
- Contribute to staffing, scheduling, recruitment, retention, quality, and workforce development
- Partner with physician and administrative leaders on anesthesia operations
- Support clinical performance, team engagement, and continuous improvement
- Help shape the continued growth of anesthesia services across multiple locations
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As Chief CRNA, you will:
- Provide clinical and operational leadership for the CRNA team
- Mentor, coach, and support CRNAs across all employment types
- Promote a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture
- Partner with physician and administrative leadership on departmental priorities
- Support staffing, scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning
- Advance quality, patient safety, and clinical performance initiatives
- Support professional development and leadership growth within the CRNA team
- Serve as an advocate and leadership resource for CRNAs throughout the department
