Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) - Greenfield, IN

AMG Specialty Hospital is hiring a Chief Clinical Officer (CCO / RN) for our boutique Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility, located inside Hancock Regional Hospital.

We provide exceptional, high-acuity care to a small, focused subset of patients requiring extended ICU stays, ventilator support, vasopressors, or advanced wound management.

What We Are Looking For:

• An engaged, self-motivated RN leader with 1-2 years of high-acuity nursing leadership experience.
• Active Indiana RN license, plus current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Job Requirements

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensure: Current Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS.
• Experience: 1-2 years of nursing leadership experience in a high-acuity setting.
• Skills: Strong management abilities; fluent in verbal and written English.
