Chief Actuary opportunity to build a combined Actuarial & Medical Economics function from the ground up with freedom to innovate at an established value-based care organization. Partner with the CFO to shape payer contracting and risk strategy, with Board and PE visibility and ownership of in-house reserving, team development and technology selection. Seeking a hands-on ASA/FSA with deep Medicare Advantage and full-risk value-based care expertise, strong Medical Economics experience and the drive to build a lean function using modern AI tools. ~$300-450K base with substantial bonus and equity. ET/CT remote with regular Florida travel.
