Salary changes based on on availability, applicable experience, and progress made after 30-day, 90-day, and 6-month milestones. Additional information will be given at the interview

Welcome to Chick-fil-A: Your opportunity to work with and lead one of the fastest-growing quick-service restaurants in the country. Our Shift Leader is expected to lead their team to create a clean environment & great food while also delivering accurate service & genuine hospitality. At Chick-fil-A New Tampa, our leadership is structures with a Store Director on shift at all times, along with two shifts leads: One for the Front of House operations, and one for the Back of House operations. We are seeking experienced, motivated, and results-oriented individuals to join our Team as a Shift Lead in the Back of House.

Chick-fil-A New Tampa is a $8 million+ business, with the majority of our sales in the evening. Incoming applicants to a leadership development position will be expected to:
--> Work at a faced pace
--> Communicate well with Co-workers
--> Maintain a sense of urgency
--> Receive feedback well
--> Consistency hold the above qualities during busy rushes of the store 

We are not looking to hire anyone into leadership immediately. However, we would love to find an individual who is would like to enter a leadership development plan. Our goal will be to transition into Leadership within 6months.

Qualifications

2-years Restaurant Experience
Full Time Hours 
Minimum Availability to work 2pm-11pm

Responsibilities:

Show up on time for every shift
Multitask without direction
Work on your feet for extended periods of time
Lift at least 25 pounds without assistance
Work at a quick and efficient pace
Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and leadership
Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not immediately busy
Using various pieces of cooking and service equipment.
