Your Impact

• Work alongside the leadership team to learn all aspects of restaurant operations, including Front of House and Back of House
• Lead daily operations while maintaining high standards for food quality, customer service, and team performance
• Coach, train, and develop Team Members to help build a strong, high-performing team
• Take on additional responsibilities as you grow in your leadership abilities and understanding of the business
• Help improve restaurant systems, training processes, and overall operational efficiency
• Participate in weekly leadership meetings and contribute to the restaurant's goals and continued growth

Background Profile

• Previous leadership or management experience, preferably in restaurant, hospitality, retail, or another fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong work ethic and willingness to lead by example
• High level of personal accountability, initiative, and ownership
• Comfortable working hands-on in daily restaurant operations
• Coachable, eager to learn, and willing to take on new challenges
• Passion for coaching, developing people, and building strong teams
• Desire for long-term professional growth and increasing leadership responsibility
