We are looking for an enthusiastic, relationship-drivenMarketing and Community Engagement Manager to join our leadership team at Chick-fil-A Hull Street at Brandermill. This exciting opportunity is designed for someone who loves connecting with people, building relationships, and finding creative ways to make a lasting impact in the community while growing the restaurant's business.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about people, community involvement, and business growth. This leader will develop meaningful partnerships with local schools, businesses, and organizations, create engaging marketing initiatives, and help expand our catering program. The ideal candidate is creative, outgoing, organized, and motivated to turn relationships into opportunities that drive restaurant traffic, increase sales, and strengthen our community presence.
This is more than a traditional marketing position. You will be an active member of the restaurant's leadership team, working collaboratively with other managers and team members to bring marketing initiatives to life. Whether attending community events, connecting with guests, promoting new menu items, or supporting catering opportunities, this leader will play a hands-on role in representing Chick-fil-A both inside and outside the restaurant.
Your Impact
- Building meaningful relationships with local businesses, schools, churches, and community organizations to strengthen community engagement and drive restaurant growth
- Developing and executing creative marketing strategies, promotional events, school partnerships, and fundraisers that increase restaurant visibility and guest traffic
- Growing catering sales by identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and supporting catering execution and deliveries
- Managing the restaurant's social media presence, marketing calendar, and promotional campaigns while maintaining Chick-fil-A brand standards
- Creating memorable guest experiences through community events, restaurant promotions, product sampling, and personal engagement
- Collaborating with restaurant leadership and team members to align marketing initiatives with operational goals and sales opportunities
- Analyzing sales trends, marketing performance, and guest engagement to identify opportunities for continued business growth
Background Profile
- Previous Marketing, Community Engagement, Business Development, Sales, or Hospitality Experience (Required)
- Previous Leadership or Team Management Experience (preferred)
- Willingness to Work a Flexible Schedule, Including Occasional Evenings and Saturdays
- Passion for Chick-fil-A values and commitment to hospitality
