Chick-fil-A Grandover Village Business Leader Internship
Chick-fil-A Grandover Village is seeking candidates who are eager to learn and develop
their business leadership through a paid internship position. This position will be a
semester-long commitment. The purpose of this program is to identify and hire students
who have an interest in receiving hands-on experience in operating a business and leading
a team.
The Chick-fil-A Grandover Village Business Leadership Internship provides a challenging
hands-on business experience with opportunities to learn about our culture, practice and
learn business skills in a live environment, as well as social and networking opportunities.
We are seeking hardworking, driven individuals with a passion for people and an
entrepreneurial spirit. This position requires the candidate to be highly organized,
self-motivated and able to manage people with the heart of a servant leader. They must be
able to balance hard work and guest-focused service. The candidate must be dedicated to
both personal and professional growth as they serve on our team. They must be passionate
about customer service and strive for excellence in all tasks. They must take initiative during
their shift, have the ability to move from one task to another quickly and efficiently and most
importantly lead their team by example.
Over the course of your time with us you will have the opportunity to experience various
aspects of our business. You will spend time learning to make an impact in:
- Restaurant Operations - Quality & Food Safety Control
- Hospitality - Shift leadership
- Ordering and Accounting - Marketing
- HR Training - Technology and Systems development
Candidate Requirements:
- Must be enrolled as a student at Guilford Technical Community College
- Must be available to work the minimum availability requirements
