Pay starts at $16 during the training, learning, mastering team member phase and then increases to $18-19 when officially promoted to Coordinator.

We are not hiring someone to lead a team they have never worked beside. We are hiring someone who wants to learn our restaurant from the floor, then run it.

Your first 30-60 days are spent as a paid Team Member - drive-thru, front counter, dining room, closing. You learn every position and every guest recovery situation firsthand. Once you have proven you can hold the standard yourself, you begin Coordinator training and start leading PM shifts.

The Job, Honestly

Evenings are our most unpredictable shift. Dinner rush, mobile orders, delivery, and a dining room full of families all hit at the same time. Speed matters. So does the fact that every single guest still gets eye contact and a real interaction.

You will also close. That means you own the last three hours of the night - the recovery, the accuracy, the cleanliness, and a team that has given everything they had that day. Leading well when energy is low is the skill that separates a good closer from a great leader. We will teach you.

Your First 30-60 Days

• Learn and certify on every FOH position: Drive-Thru, Front Counter, Dining Room, Mobile and Delivery
• Master our Recipe for Service and the Core 4 until they are second nature
• Learn guest recovery - how to turn a bad experience into a loyal guest
• Work closing shifts and learn what a correct close actually looks like
• Get to know the team you will one day lead - before you lead them

Once You Are Coordinating

• Run the PM shift: positioning the team, managing the rush, keeping speed and accuracy together
• Own the guest experience during the busiest hours of the night
• Coach team members in the moment, on the floor, with respect
• Handle guest recovery personally and teach others to do the same
• Train new team members to 4-star and develop the next person behind you
• Close the restaurant, count drawers, finalize the day, and set the AM team up to win

What We Are Looking For

• Genuine warmth - you actually like people, and it shows
• Composure when it is busy and something goes wrong
• Willingness to coach a peer respectfully - and care enough to do it
• Clear communication, spoken and written
• Reliable transportation and consistent PM availability, including Saturdays
• Prior shift lead or supervisor experience is preferred but not required
