Key Responsibilities
- Deliver orders safely and efficiently to guests using company-provided vehicles
- Ensure all orders are accurate and handled with care
- Provide friendly and professional customer service with every interaction
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles and equipment
- Follow all traffic laws and safety procedures
- Assist with in-store tasks when not delivering
- Represent Chick-fil-A with professionalism both inside and outside the restaurant
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to navigate delivery apps and GPS systems
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ample experience in the customer service field

Availability Requirements
- Ideal candidates have availability during lunch, dinner, evenings, and weekends
- Be available at least 15 hours a week
- Be available at least 3 days a week
