Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food quickly and safely to Chick-fil-A standards
• Manage kitchen stations including fries, breading, assembling, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory and maintain cleanliness and orderliness
• Stay updated on new products and complete ongoing training
• Follow safety protocols and report maintenance needs
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code

Qualifications

• Consistent, reliable, and detail-oriented with a cheerful attitude
• Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask and work well independently or in a team
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and Monday to Friday shifts
• Capable of lifting 35 lbs regularly and standing for long periods
