Chick-fil-A Hardin Valley is hiring immediately for strong, team-oriented leaders who can lead a team of 10-20 team members in our Back of House/Kitchen.

Responsibilities:
Safely prepare, cook and present food quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards and recipes.Â
Assist in keeping the restaurant clean at all times
Know and perform well at assigned areas
Work safely around kitchen equipment including grills, fryers, ovens, mixer and cutting/slicing equipment.
Show up on time, maintain a great attitude and stay focused for your entire shift
Constantly improve yourself by finding ways to do your work better and/or faster
Display good stewardship and a sense of ownership for your work
Lead, grow, and develop other leaders to help ensure the success of the business
Show ownership over assigned areas of the restaurant.
Compensation:
$17.60/hr starting pay
This is a full time (30+ hour a week) job.
Requirements Year Round for Full Time:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Available to work Saturdays
Available 5 days per week total
Available to close at least 2 nights per week
Previous leadership experience
Must be able to meet these requirements all year round
